Serving as a business coach includes providing overall guidance and advice to our GCOS as they run their business. This could be a larger ministry organization or a BAM (Business as Missions).
A business coach can provide tips on how to manage employees more effectively or insights into how to approach customers, vendors and markets.
This role is especially well suited for a KC who has experience working or leading outside of the US.
