Marcus Smith

Marcus is an entrepreneur & technologist passionate about better stewarding creation & community through responsible & collaborative innovation. After doing time in the defense industry and then leading a software consultancy which he started with peers from his alma mater, LeTourneau University, Marcus has moved on to be a student again: this time of Collaborative Leadership. Consulting as a fractional CTO is just one of the many ways in which Marcus channels his energy to more deeply understand how to effectively facilitate complex collaboration in non-traditional structures. When he is not facilitating SCRUM meetings or studying the psychology of human organization, you Ih can find Marcus & his wife adventuring out in God's green earth, playing with LEGO & table top games, and attempting to lead collaboratively in their faith & entrepreneurial communities.
